Absolutely everything that happens in your calendar is recorded in your activity log. All of the booking activity, including when a booking is edited, is recorded. To access you activity log follow the steps below.
Start off by making sure you are logged in to your calendar so that you have access to your settings.
Step 1: Click on the cog wheel in the top right corner of your screen which will bring you to your calendar settings.
Step 2: Select “Activity Log” from settings table on the bottom left of the screen. This will display your activity log in the main settings window.
Step 3: You can sort your activity log by using the Search tool or the drop down menu on the far right.
If you are searching for a booking for a particular person select “Bookings” from the drop down menu and then you can type their name into the search bar. All past booking acvity for that client will be displayed.
Selecting bookings from the drop down is not neccesary, however if you search the entire activity log for the clients name you will have more results to sort through to find the log entry you are looking for.
EVERY booking action and booking attempt that is made by your calendar (Logged in Users and public bookings) will be available in your activity log. If its not in your log, a booking action did not occur.
