How do I see if a message was sent?

Absolutely everything that happens in your calendar is recorded in your activity log. All messages sent and even failed SMS send attmepts are recorded. To access you activity log follow the steps below.

Start off by making sure you are logged in to your calendar so that you have access to your settings.

Step 1: Click on the cog wheel in the top right corner of your screen which will bring you to your calendar settings.

 

Step 2: Select “Activity Log” from settings table on the bottom left of the screen. This will display your activity log in the main settings window.

 

 

Step 3: You can sort your activity log by using the Search tool or the drop down menu on the far right. If you want to see just the SMS activity Select “SMS” from the drop down menu. If you are searching for an SMS for a particular person you can type their name into the search bar.

 

EVERY SMS or SMS attempt that is made by your calendar (by logged in users and public bookings) will be available in your activity log. If its not in your log, a SMS attempt did not occur.
