Start off by making sure you are logged in to your calendar so that you have access to your settings.
Step 1: Click on the cog wheel in the top right corner of your screen which will bring you to your calendar settings.
Step 2: Select “Services” from settings table on the left of the screen. This will display two seperate tables with “Services” and “Appointment types” for each of your services.
Step 3: If you are creating a NEW appointment type simply click the “New type” button and create your buffer in the drop down menu. For an exsiting type click on the edit icon in the far right column of the table.
Step 4: Select the amount of Buffer time you wish to create from the drop down menu. Don’t forget to click save to finalise your Buffer.
The amount of buffer time available to you depends on your calendar intervals. You can change the interval in the General Settings section of your calendar settings.
You should now have your selected buffer time between treatments on your calendar which are unavailable for clients to book in.
