Clients details will AUTOMATICALLY be added to the autosuggest client list whenever a booking is made in your calendar.
If for some reason you wish to add a client to your list without making a booking, follow the steps below.
Start off by making sure you are logged in to your calendar so that you have access to your settings.
Step 1: Click on the cog wheel in the top right corner of your screen which will bring you to your calendar settings.
Step 2: Click on “Client list” in the left column on the settings screen. This will display your current client list which is updated any time a new booking is made in the calendar.
Your client list is in alphabetical order and is searchable using the search bar at the top of the column.
Step 3: Click on the green “New Client” button in the top right corner of the table. This will diplay the “Edit Client” pop up box where you can enter your new clients details.
Step 4: Don’t forget to click “Save” to finalise your new clients details in your system.
